1.About Airport Transfer
Airport transfer is shuttle service from airport to hotel vice versa (return / both way). We provide to ABL members FREE airport transfer at several city or several hotels.

or This icon signs the free-of-charge airport transfer provided by Access Bali Online for the guests with minimum 7 nights stay.
or This icon signs the free-of-charge airport transfer provided by Access Bali Online without any requirement of minimum stay.


2.What is Super Saver?
Super Saver is the room rates offered by Access Bali Online.
"Up to x%" signs the saving percentage over the publish rates including tax. "Start USD x" signs the lowest rates of the available rooms.

3.What are RoomFinder, TourFinder and CarFinder?
At the left upper side of the index page or members page, there are the search forms for RoomFinder, TourFinder and CarFinder.


  • RoomFinder functioned to search hotels/ villas/ homestays that you want. You can also search them by name, city, starting rate, etc or the combination of them as well.
  • TourFinder: ABL’s elaborated tour packages, comprising four major types, i.e. adventure tour, cultural tour, sightseeing tour, and hotel tour package.
  • CarFinder: ABL’s comprehensive info on available-for-rent cars, either with or without drivers.


4.What is Hotdeals?
HotdealsHotdeals are the 'super' Super Saver. They are lower than the Super Saver rates but only valid within a current period.

5.Room Availability

Room on requestmeans that the room can be reserved by request.

Room availablemeans that the room is available. The 'confirm' status is imposed over any reservation for the room.



6.Bed Type
  • SGL stands for single bed room (max. 2 persons/ room)
  • DBL stands for double bed room (max. 2 persons/ room)
  • TWN stands for twin bed room (similar with DBL's rates, max. 2 persons/ room)
  • TRIPLE stands for triple bed room (1 double + 1 extra bed, max. 3 persons/ room)
  • B'FAST stands for breakfast. 'Y' means breakfast included within room rate, while 'N' means breakfast excluded


  • 7.Languages
    There are 8 languange translations available:
    Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish.

    Tell us better ratemeans that we are widely opened to any suggestion about the better rates rather than what do us being offer. Please compare our rates to any rate provided by others by including 21% tax and the offered facilities.

    11.About Email Messaging
    In order for you to keep track all communication to / from Access Bali Online, you should use RMS Email Messaging. All the communications will be saved to our database.

    12.I have signed up but I am not able to sign in.
    Please try to sign in/log in again and make sure your password is correct. As password is very sensitive with lower and upper case.

    13.Cookies
    Cookies are short pieces of data used by web servers to help identify web users. No damage to files or systems. Cookies are only used to identify a web user. Note that blocking all cookies prevents some online services from working. Also, preventing your browser from accepting cookies does not make you an anonymous user, it just makes it more difficult to track your usage

    14.How can I convert rate to other currency?

    15.How to make reservation?
    Select your hotel, villa or home stay, and view the super save rate. Then, click "book now" for the room that you aim to book. If you have already signed in before, the reservation form for the room will appear. But, if you have not signed in yet, the sign in form will be appeared for you to fill in. 

    Basically, there are 3 steps in reservation:

    1. Fill in your reservation.
    On this stage, you will be asked to fill some fields, such as: type of bed desired, number of adults, children, check-in date, etc. In the "special request" field, you can mention some current things you want that have not accommodated within the reservation form.

    2. Review your reservation.
    On this stage, all fields that you filled will appear again along with the breakdown price from the reservation that you made (if the hotel rate is available).

    3. Secure Online Payment
    The last stage of reservation, you have to enter details of your credit card. However, we will not process any reservation if this form has not completed.



    16.How to make Quick Reservation?
    Go to: https://www.baliwww.com/online_reservation.htm and select Hotel, Villa or Homestay that you prefer. Fill in the form then our system will assist you the rest and you will get reply promptly on your email.

    17.What does day use or late check out mean?
    “Day Use” means the use of a room on the last day (check-out date) exceeding the particular check out time established by the hotel. For example: A guest should be check out on July 9, 2003 on 12.00 Noon. Because of the flight schedule , he checks out on July 9, 2003 on 18.00 PM. Consequently, a “Day Use” fee (50% of the room rate) is charged to him, since he uses the room exceeding the determined check out time. PLEASE NOTE that the check out time may vary from one hotel to another

    18.What does “Run Of The House” (ROH) mean?
    “Run Of The House” (ROH) means your room reservation will be based on the room availability and your advantage is when higher room category available, while you do not have to pay extra.

    19.I booked a shuttle service from the airport, but how would we meet?
    Our guide will wait for you in the international arrival of the airport. You will easily recognize him, as he holds a sign with your name and the name of the hotel you have booked in.

    20.I can’t read the e-mail containing the e-voucher & e-receipt you have sent. What should I do then?
    Please go to your member page (http://baliwww.com/ma/members/). Once the page is open, then you have to click on the “e-Voucher & e-Receipt” link, which located under “My Home” section. Both the e-voucher and e-receipt that we have sent to you will be shown there. And please make the hard-copies of those documents for your reference.

    21.How can I reactivate my cancelled reservation?
    If your reservation status is ‘cancel’, you will find a link for reactivation in your member area page. By clicking on the link, you will automatically send us an email message requesting for the reservation reactivation.

    22.What is CVV or DC ?
    The CVV Number is required for American Express, VisaCard and MasterCard. The CVV (or Card ID) is an added security feature to help protect you against online fraud. In this case Card ID is same as CVV.
