Tumpek Klurut Ceremony
  • Tumpek Krulut is a part of Tumpek cycle which comes about every month based on the Balinese calendar system. This is a special day to pay homage to the musical instruments, masks and dance costumes used in some religious ceremonies. During this special day, special offerings offered in every shrines of all temples in all over the Bali island.

Siwaratri
  • This day is the seventh dark moon based on the Balinese lunar calendar system, also known as the Siwaratri or the Night of Siwa. The celebration of Siwaratri day is marked by the Brata (self restriction) of Siwaratri, this includes: Jagra (staying awake all night long), Upawasa (fasting), Monbrata (restricting speech) as well as giving ‘punia’ (religious funds) to the priests and the poor people.
