At the Retreat Bali we invite you to take a journey towards Radiant Health. The goal of the programs offered at The Retreat Bali is to open the door to radiant health and high energy levels by Cleansing and Revitalising the body’s various systems.
Improve your physical health and you will improve your mental health. Radiant health and abundant energy is the road to mental happiness and contentment. If we can raise up the vibration of the body we can release much of the emotional and mental load that oppresses the mind.
The health programs offered at The Retreat Bali are a truly Holistic blend of Body and Soul Rejuvenation; their far-reaching effects have dramatically changed people’s lives and bought them to a new level of understanding and consciousness.
This multifaceted approach to Cleansing coupled with our approach to Spiritual development will be a voyage of discovery for everyone.
Staff
The Retreat Bali employs 12 members of staff to ensure your stay is relaxing and homely while you focus on your program. The Clinic Manager will take care of your treatments and the Retreat manager will take care of all the supporting aspects of your stay.
Other activities
The water directly off the beach is beautifully clear and teeming with fish – great for swimming and snorkelling and very good for your health!
We can arrange masks and snorkels although if you have your own you should bring them, and we recommend bringing a pair of reef shoes. We can arrange boat trips to other good swimming and snorkeling spots.
There are some very beautiful areas to walk nearby and car trips can be arranged to take you to the Temples of Limpoyang and Besakih. You can even climb Mt Agung if you want - but this is a big hike and only can be done when you are not detoxing – if you think you might want to do this then bring a good pair of trainers or walking shoes.
