Bali-Passion” Umalas is my self-designed & build serene, clean and cozy,
spacious and colorful, vacation rental accommodation villa strategically
located while nestled amongst the picturesque rice fields
of Bumbak in the traditional village of Umalas -only 12km from airport and 3km to
beaches- and overlooking the Bumbak
rice-fields (sawah), bordering the water irrigation system (subak) and offering
distant ocean view. Villa
Puri Bali-Passion -a main villa with 6 large ensuite bedrooms and large pool +
optional a 2 guestroom unit- provides an ideal fusion of Balinese style
open-air living and Western style facilities and mod-cons you would expect from
a luxury villa in Bali. Fully air-conditioned large bedrooms, all with private
en-suite half open-air bathrooms and each with private separate access whilst
living and dining areas provide additional relaxation and entertainment
options. Fully staffed (daily cleaning-breakfast-garden and pool) and equipped with
the latest modern conveniences, we offer personalized service to all of our
guests.

About LOCATION. The Villa is just a stone throw away from
trendy Seminyak - Petitenget/Oberoi via Batubelig presenting an exciting
nightlife, together with a plethora of trendy boutiques, luxurious spas, and
internationally acclaimed restaurants - including the famous ‘Ku De Ta’,
‘Sarong’, ‘Living Room’, Rumours, Tratoria, Ultimo, Potato's Head, ‘Hu’u’ and ‘La Lucciola’ etc …..
Echo Beach,
with its world-class surf breaks and panoramic coastline views, is the place
where the local community gathers in the evenings to watch the legendary
sunsets is less than 4 km. Tanah Lot is 10km and next to it the ‘Nirwana Bali
Golf Course’, designed by Greg Norman, this was voted the number 1 golf course
in Indonesia -it is situated beside the dramatic, waved-lashed sea temple of
Tanah Lot. For horse lovers, the ‘Kuda P’ riding stables is close by and the
‘Umalas Equestrian Centre’ is just a few kilometers away. More west north easy

bedrooms with minimum stay: July-August 7 nights - Christmas/NewYear 10 nights

LOW SEASON also possible as private villa minimum 3 bedrooms with minimum stay:3 nights
So ideal from 8 or 16 adults + with 2-6 children and in low season also
possible from 1 family 2 parents with 2/3 children in the room number 6 (king
size bed + large low sofa 3,75x1,75m) till. For babies, a sleeping cot and highchair and
some toys are available. (When 7 rooms, the downstairs guestroom while we
stay upstairs where we usually live through the year. If 8BR we move out and all 2 guestrooms
available!)
