Within the gardens there is temple, bale (traditional Balinese pavilion) sun beds, lotus ponds, 15 meters swimming pool, children\'s playhouse and leveled lawn area for badminton or croquet. Istana Semer is serviced by a full house staff: cooks-menus on both Western and Indonesian cuisine, security guards, house maids, garden/pool maintenance staff, hiring of cars, driver, massages and baby sitters. For your convenience there is a TV with satellite reception, Video player, Fax/Phone and safe deposit box.

The circular entertaining area and dining alcove have a spectacular outlook and a covered walkway, which leads to a carved stone wall sculpture and continuous flow indoor pool. The kitchen and pantry wing is fully equipped to cater for preparation of international cuisine. A continental breakfast is included in the tariff. Other meals and dinner parties can be catered for upon request. It should be pointed out that there are extra tariffs or hidden service charge, however all kitchen accounts must be settled on a daily basis.
