Buyers give deposit payment,
that is 40% of the total agreed order/contract value, as a sign of |

contract when they agree to
order one or some products. |

The balance of payment, that
is 60% of the total agreed order/contract value, must be paid after |

the ordered products has
been finished (to be done) and before the ordered products are packed into a container for
delivery. |

The value of FOB Denpasar
will depend on the quantity or volume of the total ordered products. |

Duration of finishing the
ordered products are : |

6 weeks for a 20 feets full
container, |
| b. |
8 weeks for a 40 feets full
container. |

The price of a product unit
is excluding : |

Cost of packing. shipping
and handling, |

Documents cost. |

Delivery of the order
products to the buyer's country will be done (deliver) by a devilery company |
|
that is ordered by the
buyers. Nevertheless, PT. Tarumaslalita Dewata may help the buyers by
giving a recommendation of a company which can deliver the ordered products to the buyer's
country if it is needed. |
