Food and Beverage
A selection of international and local favorites is available
at The Mansion. Foods can be served in the Wantilan, private
suites or anywhere on property. Our staff will attempt to
do any reasonable request with a little advance notice. We
can also make preffered reservations to the best restaurants
in Bali.
Sport and Activities
The Mansion's library specializes on books on Indonesia art
dan culture an maintains a selection of CD's and VCD's, board
games and playing cards. Several swimming pools and a putting
green are available for guest use. In addition the staff can
recommend jogging circuits and make reservations at three
main golf courses in Bali. For more adventurous, Bali offers
white water rafting, sailing, diving, horseback riding, hiking
and various excursions.
Meetings, Incentives and Parties
The formality and gracefulness of The Mansion will give a
sophisticated and elegant touch to any meeting or incentive,
whether al fresco in the gardens of inside The Mansion itself.
The Mansion offers the following space for meetings and functions:
- Boardroom, 42 sqm ideal for meetings up to 18 persons.
- Ballroom, 225 sqm perfect for 80 to 100 persons.
- Gardens, for up to 200 persons garden party.
- Grand Lobby with double staircase, for wedding, receptions
of up to 150 persons.
- Formal Reception room and Dining room, ideal for cocktail
parties (80 persons) and small dinners (10 to 12).
Beyond the meeting and function venues, The Mansion is the
ideal location in Ubud for business meetings, corporate functions,
select product launches and small weddings.
Art display and purchase
The Mansions high ceilings and natural light make it the ideal
location to review and select works of art in excelent lighting
conditions. Guests of The Mansion can have their selected
artwork briefly displayed as it would be in their own home
or gallery. We keep a list of contacts of some of the best
artists in Bali.
Butlers and hosts
Service at The Mansion is handled by a team of fully trained
Balinese hosts and butlers. Their function is to accommodate
guests requests and to provide everything necessary for a
most comfortable stay.
Security
We provide the highest level of security. From gates with
24 hour security guards controlling access to the estate to
constant security patrols with trained officers and security
peripheral cameras with motion detector lights. We can also
handle more rigorous security assignments on request.
Safety
All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors and all staff
is trained in the usage of fire extinguishers and safety and
measures to protect guests and property.
Telephone
IDD telephone available in all rooms. Private screening of
outside cafls available on request.
Children
While The Mansion does not have the extensive play arest that
big resorts have for children or teenagers, we are delighted
to take care of our young guests and staff will do everything
to accommodate your children while you entertain, meet or
indulge in your favorite activities.
