 Basically the Agriculture sector is the most important economy sector in West Nusa Tenggara. It produces some kinds of Food Crops, as such Rice, corn, peanut and soybean, as well as some Commercial Crops, i.e. Coconut, clove, rubber, cacao and tea.
The Livestock being developed are Cows, buffaloes, horses, goats, sheep and pigs, while the Fishery produces some kinds of Fish Products, such as: Skipjack tuna, barramundi, bastern little tuna, common squid, tiger prawn, banana prawn, endeavor prawn, giant gouramy, milk fish, shrimp and tilapia.
Highly related to the agriculture sector, the Forestry produces some Forest Products, like: Rattan, log, resin and incense. On the other hand, the Mining sector concerns on Petroleum, LNG, coal and lead. In addition, there are 358 industrial centers with 20,346 activity units.
