Nikko Bali Resort & Spa, known for its breathtaking views, convenient location and excellent service, celebrated its 12th anniversary. The staff party celebration, attended by more than 1,000 employees of the resort and their family members, was held at Graha Sawangan ballroom on Saturday, December 14th.

Welcome speeches were made by representatives from the committee chairman, employee representatives and the General Manager to open the event. Afterwards, the event was officially opened by shooting the ‘moon’ that revealed the well-designed backdrop that revealed that night’s theme.

The theme – Shoot for the Moon – brought a new vibe to the resort with it’s catchy message “Shoot for the moon, even if you miss, you will be among the stars” reminding the family members of Nikko Bali Resort & Spa to always make each day a better day. This is also a mission for the resort to Step Up to a better product quality and consistency of services.

During the event, 232 awards were distributed to the staff representing the most honest, most popular department based on guest’s comments, rescuer of the year, highest number of training hours, trainer with the highest training hours, best performer employee by department to the healthiest department. Local artists and staff performances became the night’s main attraction along with Nikko Bali’s interpretation of Nikko Hotels International, Origin8 performed in a cultural show by the hotel’s artists. As the night grew, the moment waited by all employees was the door prize drawing consisting of many prizes ranging from cellular phones to a motorbike.

The night ended with smiling happy faces of the employees as they cannot wait to see the next anniversary celebration and another year of Stepping Up with Nikko Bali Resort & Spa.
