Planted into six servers, the traffic level of each server
increases exponentially each month, with a 90 minute stay on average for
each visitor. At a rate of just under one million visitors each day, this
significant length of stay means our information and formatting offer
our clients real advantages, postive feed back opportunites, and rapid
loading facilities.
Another aspect of ABL's success is that approximately 30% of our visitors
are also long-time customers, going back to Access Bali Online's inception
three years ago, and we enjoy a third generation of customer-referred
visitors! This is a sign of the relationship of mutual trust we make the
foundation of growth, maintenance and development.
Directly managed by I Gede Sanat Kumara (President and Founder of Access
Bali Online and ABL Tours and Travel Ltd) our Production Department at
ABL is accelerating up to the rate of activity enjoyed by our Reservations
Department. We have two webmasters at the core of our six person production
and development team who:
- Maintain and develop our existent products and services.
- Design and implement new products and projects.
- Maintain all related hardware and software at our headquarters and
remote server companies.
- Design and develop strategic marketing alliances to expand our market
presence and integration.
- Maintain efficient and concerned feedback channels with all our customers.
Our consistent innovations are based on a commitment to
maintaining existing products and services for our customers. Optimal
interactive conditions between staff, management and customers guarantee
expanding products, projects, and profit.
We are now able to begin production for a comprehensive
handbook of our products to support our partners abroad. So far, our main
emphasis has been serving our existing and incoming partners, and now
we can make significant changes to accelerate product and service improvements,
making RoomFinder, Access Bali Villas, and Tour Planner prime world wide
services.
