| Dear Mr. & Mrs Agung Rai,
We hope you and your family are well and happy.
It has been a long time since we last met in Bali, although our daughter and her friend had later stayed in your hotel.
Bali , your hospitality and friendship meant a special place for us.
We remembered your kindness in arranging a Balinese wedding blessing for our Canadian friends, in a ceremony held in your family temple plot. It was very special.
Our only child and daughter is getting married next year, and we would like to give her and her fiance a special wedding gift.
Is it possible for your staff to arrange a wedding blessing for them,their relatives and friends held in your hotel?
If not, would you be able to make some recommendation.
Your paintings still bring a lot of joy to us, and we are never bored with them.In fact, as time passes, we appeciate them even more.

| Dear ABL, You asked us to give some feedback about your service. We have no comments! The contact before our trip was very good. We had frequently contact by mail. If we had a question, this was answered most of the time the same day or the next day (different time zone). And the transfer to the hotel and airport was perfectly arranged. The people were very kind and informed us about the things we needed to know. The hotel was also great. Small with a lot of personal attention and very nice people!
