I found your travel services to be very quick and responsive to my email requests, everyone was helpful and professional and the prices were competitive, lower than advertised prices. From all the hotels I booked, I enjoyed my stay at the Villa Ombak on Gili Trawangan the most, it was a beautiful hotel. I did not like the room I booked at Intan Sengiggi, so I added an upgraded room once I got there. The hotel grounds, restaurant and pool are lovely, but the rooms do need some updating. The staff at the Artini 3 Cottages in Ubud The Palm Garden in Sanur were very helpful and informative. I had a wonderful holiday in Bali, Lombok, Gili Islands and I hope to return soon. I will let my friends know about your website if they need to make bookings for Indonesia. Thank you! |

| Thank you for your service to me while in Bali. The guide and driver were waiting for me on arrival as requested and soon had me at the hotel. The hotel could have been better but I believe I got what I paid for. My main suggestion was that the outside lights shone on to the bed and made sleep difficult other guests felt the same. More curtains would help. Other wise no real complaints except towels could be changed daily. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good especially the coffee. The guide picked me up when I was ready to leave and got me to the airport in plenty of time. Over all very happy with service and would use again. One more thing - Can you tell me anything about Emerald Holidays? It seems I have one a holiday with them. Are they genuine? Thank you, Kevin Marino. |

| I have stayed at this Hotel 6 times over the passed 3 years. The hotel, staff and facilites are second to none. I have never stopped anywhere that offers the personal touch that the Melia gives. The tropical grounds are amazing, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff cannot do enough to make your stay memorable. It is a tropical paradise, an enchanting hotel. |

My Girlfriend and I were 2003 in February back in Bali, but we could not afford to stay in Bali Hilton, because we are Students, but I showed here where I have been several years ago! And it was just wunderfull to come back and see the hotel again! |
