| My wife and I have just returned from a ten day stay at your hotel and we felt that we needed to let you know how we felt about our first trip to Bali.
The outstanding attitude and friendliness of the people who staff the Mercure Kuta made our stay memorable in every way. They could not have been more helpful, co-operative or cheerful and always made the extra effort to make sure that we were comfortable and happy.
This made the Mecure a place that we could return to at the end of the day and relax. All in all, we would like to thank your staff for making our holiday one that we will remember for a long time. We intend to return to Bali within 12 months and will once again stay at the Mercure.
