Hotel Features
The large Sparkling azure swimming pool is at the heart of Waka Namya. Four of eight, two-storey Villas have gateways to the pool surrounds, the other four face away from the pool, with views over the surrounding village and rice fields.
The Villas all have their own private walled courtyard, in a charming setting which recreates the intimacy of a traditional Balinese village. Each(8) villa can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or two adults and two children. There are also three (3) romantic Lanai rooms and now an additional four (4) Deluxe Lanai or two interconnecting rooms with a shared private swimming pool in one compound has been operated starting September 2006.
The Lumbung Style architecture is distinctive and features the high pitched alang-alang roofs of the traditional Balinese rice stores. The Swimming pool is large and inviting, and all the units have private courtyards and landscaped gardens. As well the resort spa offers relaxing massages, refreshing spa baths and expert beauty treatments.

Lanai room size 5 x 5 square meters has a king size bed with separate private bathroom, sunken bathtub, shower, air conditioning, fridge, mini bar, telephone, hairdryer, decorated with local art, outside terrace with private tropical garden and overlooking the swimming pool, ideally occupied by 2 persons.

The Deluxe Lanai is created for a small Family group ideally occupied by two (2) adults and two (2) children in each unit. Both dwellings have interconnecting rooms and could also can be occupied by as many as 4 (four) couples (two couples in each.) The Deluxe Lanai’s are located in one compound with a shared private swimming pool. In each unit there is one (1) king’ size bed in one room and 1 twin bed in the other room, separate private bathrooms, sunken bathtub, out door shower, air conditioning, fridge, mini bar, telephone, hairdryer, decorated with magnificent art work, an outside terrace and a huge tropical garden.

The Restaurant
WakaNamya restaurant has designed at Waka setting, Eyes catching, good ambiance and romantic atmosphere. Design will achieve flexibility of ambience by creating changes of mood based on meals periods. Table setting includes pas flowers or single frangipani flower in simple stone vase.
Open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with 30 seating capacity. No dress code requirements ( smart casual ). Hotel guests get first priority on seating however outside guests are always welcome. Dinner offers are menu of classical local Indonesian specialties can be also provided.
Service style is friendly, warm welcome, relaxed and unhurried. Staffs take the time to talk with guests when possible. Uniforms are in natural fabrics with subtle earth tone colors and Balinese design accordance with Waka style.
Price are in line with other international standard restaurant in Ubud, but offer a slightly better value. Give it more to the guest and we will get more from them (Karma).

The Swimming Pool
WakaNamya swimming pool has been designed very simple, long chair and mattresses are very comfortable in lay down for sun sine and relaxing. The landscape surrounding the swimming pool was decorating by green nature grass.
Pool service area is suitable for light food (sandwich, French fries, chicken wing, Fish) beverages, afternoon refreshment delivery from the kitchen.

In the life of Balinese ritual ceremony, there is always the Sajen or Offering to God. With the knife and bamboo pins, the Balinese woman creates out of palm leaf an amazing variety of offering components and ritual ornaments for the ceremony.
The simple beauty of “Sampian/Canang Sari” is a Palm leaf creation, which decorate the top offering and serve as base for flower and betel chewing ingredients. Sampian/Canang sari will be placing on the top of “GEBOGAN” or Balinese Fruits arrangement.
We would like to invite you to learn the Balinese Palm leaf creation based on request from 3.00pm to 5.00 pm at the pool side. While you joint these activities, refreshment or afternoon tea with Balinese Cake will serve directly.
