Snorkeling
In order to reach out the snorkeling spot near the Laceration reef, you can swim from Jungut Batu beach or Coconut beach. However, you have to be careful on the boat traffic and strong mid tide currents. Or if you don’t want to take a risk, there are so many boat taxi which will drop you to the snorkeling spot. Sometimes, they will take you also to the mangrove or over to Penida’s sites. These are good places for snorkeling.
Surfing
Lembongan Island is extremely popular with its surfing beaches. The best surfing location is 5 breaks within 15 minutes boat ride from Lembongan Resort. Actually this exotic tiny island has surf-able wave all year around but the best time to have surfing is April to September since the wind comes from the southeast.
Sunbathting
Go to Dream Beach where you can find stunning vista of sparkling blue water and golden sand. Dream beach is one of secluded beach offering fantastic view from the cliff. You should go down the stairs to get to this beach. And this is the hottest spot to do sun-bathing. Don’t forget to apply sun lotion before starting your activity in this island especially sunbathing.
Sightseeing
Lembongan is a village in which most of natives are seaweed farmers. Along Jungut Batu road, you can see the array of traditional booths to keep their corpse. One thing, Lembongan conceal a mysterious underground house named Gala-gala house built by Made Byasa a long time ago.
