The Neka Art Museum set in Sanggingan village of Ubud district. There are two major ways to reach this museum from Denpasar, the first is by passing the Banjar Tegaltamu, then going north passing the Singapadu, Singakerta, and turn a right in Kedewatan; while from east you can pass the three-junction of Sakah, going north passing Mas, Peliatan and Ubud. The Neka Art Museum is about 26 km from Denpasar.
There are several building designed in the Balinese architecture to display the Neka Art Museum’s collections. The main structures are for the permanent display of the government-registered collection, while another building is used for temporary exhibitions. The Neka Art Museum has achieved high standards as a museum of international standing, and the collection continues to grow over the years with over three - hundred pieces. The museum opens Monday to Saturday: 9 A.M.- 5 P.M, and Sunday: noon - 5 P.M, while it is close on the national holiday
