Museum Puri Lukisan set along Jalan Raya Ubud, around 40 km from the airport. To reach this museum, you can drive to the village of Batubulan until the three-junction to Mas. Follow the sign of Ubud, and follow north for another 20 km passing the Sayan village, until you arrive in another three-junction, where you have to turn a right heading off to the main street of Ubud.
Museum Puri Lukisan features a number of the outstanding paintings and woodcarvings, which found their origin in the beginning of this century. Thanks to Rudolf Bonnet, a Dutch painter (1895-1978) who collected these art pieces during his years as a curator for the museum
There is also a giftshop available in this museum, set for those who wish own a memorable souvenir of the museum. Products comprising a selection of the collection, postcards and posters, T-shirts and museum environmental friendly bags, art biographies of renowned local and foreign artists and interesting art books on different subjects.
