Situated about 18 km east of Negara city and around 78 km west of Denpasar. There is Rambut Siwi temple that is known as one of the ‘Sad Kahyangan’ (six heavens), the 6 most essential temples in Bali.

This temple is historically has a strong relationship with the coming of Dang Hyang Nirartha. He was a great price who done the spiritual journey to spread the Hindu teaching in all over the island.

The local people paid a great respect to him, therefore they asked for a piece of his hair to be kept in the temple that now called as the ‘Rambut (Hair) Siwi’ Temple. From the temple, we can see the harmonious blend of the amazing red of the sunset with the deep blue sea and the refreshing green farm.
