 People in Bali can enjoy 7 channels on the TV. Five of the stations, RCTI, Indosiar, SCTV, AnTeve, TPI and TVRI central station are national stations, while the BaliTV and the TVRI Denpasar are local stations.
TVRI is the government TV station. It has a relay station in every capital city in the provinces of the Republic of Indonesia.
Viewers can enjoy movies, live sports, music, drama, news and much more on the national stations, while the local stations are mostly concerned with broadcasting programs about art and culture.
The English news can be watched on every station, usually in the morning, while the local stations serve the tourist oriented news.There is also a cable TV network provided by Indovision, which relays many international programs.
