VI. LICENCES

There are two types of lecences for investment project I,e : Central government permits and local Government permits. Central government permits are issued by BKPM { the National Investment Coodinating Board } and local government permits are issued by the Governor and it’s official in The region of Bali.

  1. Central government permits :
    1. Permanent approval letter for Domestic investment { SPT-PMDN }
    2. Notice of presidential approval for foreign investment { SPPP-PMA }.
    3. Industrial Licences { IUT }.
    4. Approval for facilities.
    5. Limitied importer Registration Number { APIT }.
    6. Right of land use { HGB } for 200 Ha and over.
    7. Recommendation for foreign personel.
  2. Local government permits :
  1. Right of land Certificate { HGB } for 5Ha and under trough the regency/Multicipality office of BPN.
  2. Right of land certificate { HGB } for 5Ha and over and undertaking Right Certificate
  3. { HGU }. By the regional office of National Land Board { BPN }
  4. Building permit by the Mayor / Head of the Regency.
  5. Nuisance permit by the Mayor / Head of the Regency.
  6. Work permit for foreign personel by the Regional Investment Coodinating Board.

To obtain such permits, Investors should use a special application form, which is available at each office.
