Pool Terrace, Restaurant & Bar
Downstairs from the reception level is the main pool terrace, the rush bamboo restaurant and bar
which have been designed to be comfortable and cool, a great place to enjoy long leisurely
meals, snooze in a linen covered bale or sip on chilled cocktails after a hard day on the beach.
The menus and drink lists will focus on the use
of the freshest available ingredients, sourced from local organic farms and air flown imports.
Freshly grilled seafood and meats, main course salads, open faced sandwiches and sinful desserts
will make for mouthwatering dining. A private dining room service menu will be offered 24 hours
a day.
The 25 meter pool runs the length of the
terrace ending in a trellis covered water fall above which sits a Balinese temple. Five linen
draped cabanas sit on the opposite side of the pool from the restaurant and can also be used as
private dining pavilions or mini stages for dance and music performances.
