a media of interconnecting between client/customer and FTW Law Firm.
How does L2C
system work ?
Starting from your visit to L2C's site and get more information about L2C. Once you need
assistants which match to the services provided in the site, your can contact L2C (for
assistants). First contact to indicate that you are using L2C's site is to fill out and
submit the Case Handling Inquiry Form. L2C then forward your message to FTW Law Firm's
office. FTW Law Office will take over, make a review and recommendation for your case. The
recommendation will be sent back to you using email address you used before and send their
copies to L2C. If your is serious and need more concern on handling it, FTW will notify
you about this and offer you some alternative solutions for your case. Once you decide to
make an agreement with FTW Law Firm in order to handle your case professionaly and
specifically, FTW Law Firm will send a notify to L2C about this and request L2C to close
your case with L2C. That means that whatever your deal with FTW Law Firm is out of L2C
services and responsibility. The remain is your business with FTW Law Firm.
What is the relationship among L2C,
FTW Law Firm, Access Bali Online and ABL Tours and Travel, Ltd. ?
L2C is an online legal aid and law consulting service which will introduce and disclosure
of legal services in the net. FTW Law Firm is the firm who is fully responsible for legal
aid services quality offered via L2C. Access Bali Online and ABL Tours and Travel, Ltd are
the special partner of FTW Law Firm.
Does L2C have its own
office ?
No. But any client will directly drive to the FTW Law Firm's office to have a professional
handling. Once you becomes a client of FTW Law Firm, you are beyond Access Bali Online's
services.
What is the reason
of establishing L2C ?
First, in order to respect the law and regulations in our daily life;
Second, in order to relize and develop awareness that we are ordered by the law eventhough
most our activities are in cyberspace which can not make any boundaries on geographical,
rasial, religions, nationality, age, professiona, and other similar things; Third, Access
Bali Online has received many questions (even requests or consultation or information)
about law and regulation in Indonesia, especially about foreigners or businessmen on front
of the Indonesian and Local Law and Regulations. We can not answer them because we are not
a law office;
Does L2C a real
company ?
No. The real companies are Access Bali Online, ABL Tours and Travel, Ltd, and FTW
Law Firm. L2C is just a virtual service until you become a client of FTW and hand over
your case documents/archieves to be handled by the company. Nevertheless, L2C is legally
operated by Access Bali Online and FTW Law firm.
Does Access Bali Online responsible
for the quality of service of L2C ?
No. Not as a whole. Access Bali Online is just a mediator of L2C.

without using L2C's sites ?
Yes, consequently we will consider that you are a direct client of FTW Law Firm, and you
don't know anything about L2C.
